Jeff Willmore

My Calling is people are triumphant and live in gratitude.

I have led transformational programs for over 23 years to over 160,000 people all over the world. I’ve worked with Olympic and professional athletes, Navy Seal and Special Forces members, top executives from all fields, Oscar winning actors, Grammy Award winning musicians – I’ve trained with and worked with the best! I know how to teach and coach others to accomplish their vision and professional goals while at the same time really living—travel, building wealth, family-time, taking care of your health, and living a life of contribution.

I was lucky enough to be born into a life where I was destined have a fair amount of success and achievement (close family, college degree, successful entrepreneur and getting “more” successful, etc.) and yet I fell into the trap that the “Time = Money” worldview and illusion creates for all of us: I worked too much. I sacrificed many things that were important to me and the life I envisioned for myself and my family. I had an epiphany one night, woke up and realized how much I was sacrificing in order to have “success” in my career.

I have worked on the principles behind The Autonomy Course for over 10 years, designing the Course using the latest research in cognitive science, behavioral economics, ontology, and biology. The unique structure and methodology deliberately steps away from “tips and techniques” and allows you to embody the advanced knowledge of a market leader, design cutting-edge practices based on your own original thinking, and living true to your heart and soul. I help extraordinary people who are already performers or top performers leap to the next level and fulfill their vision by learning to see themselves, the marketplace and the world differently.

Lalit Khorana

My calling is “People are OK and Can Create Anything!

I discovered my calling early enough to propel me to build and live an exceptional career and life.

I have been through the adventure of reinventing my career ongoingly – from a computer hardware technician in the 1980s to Heading Operations for services organizations to Head of Human Resources Management and Training, to being a Transformational Educator and Coach.

I was trained in transformational education and coaching by some of the best in the world. I have delivered transformational programs and courses for over 20 years. I have personally coached, trained and developed over 25,000 people from diverse backgrounds in leadership, management, communication, performance and productivity. I specialise in coaching business leaders and organisations to move away from the Everyday-Ordinary™ ways of operating to elevate their leadership and transform the very culture of their organisations and the environment in which their business exists . I have worked with Civil Services aspirants and Civil Services Officers, business leaders, first and second generation entrepreneurs, career professional and social service organizations to create whole new eras in their evolution for cutting edge performance and out-of-the-ordinary growth.

I approach Leadership and Management in a unique way, distinct from common-knowledge or popular methods and tools. I founded Anantkaar in 2009 – Anantkaar is a group of Consulting and Coaching professionals and business domain experts from diverse secializations.

Ramesh Hosakere

Ramesh is a leader in the IT industry with over 30 years of experience across various technologies, both as a founder of technology companies and as a C-suite executive across many product and services companies with development centers across the globe.

Ramesh was extensively trained and developed in transformational methodologies at Landmark Worldwide – very likely the best transformational coaching faculty in the world.

Ramesh was a Forum Leader and Staff at Landmark Worldwide (an international pioneer in transformational training and coaching), leading their flagship transformational program for 6 years. Prior to becoming a Landmark Forum Leader, he was a Landmark Seminar Leader and trained other seminar leaders for many years.
