Course Structures
A Nine Month Engagement
During these nine months, you will engage in studying, coaching, exercises and conversations in a way that what you learn becomes a part of who you are.
In-Person Conferences
Three Two Day In-Person Conferences. Each is led by Master Fcaulty and consists of group inquiries, discussions, exercises and coaching. Conferences are not mandatory. They are, however, highly recommended for you to achieve the results that you intend from this course
Integrated Exercises
The course has reading, journaling, and thinking assignments every 2 to 3 weeks. These assignments are designed to be integrated into your life and work – while you are living it – whether it is coaching the neighbourhood cricket team, being with family and friends, meeting clients or taking business trips.
Individual Coaching
Individual coaching is an essential part of the process. These sessions illuminate the cognitive biases and heuristics that create assumptions that you use to determine the future. The goal of one-on-one coaching is to enable you to invent new future based approaches and openings for action. This process creates enormous freedom of thought and action.
